4.1 Trademark
The Softoryx trademark has been filed for registration with the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI), under filing number 5259742, filed on May 19, 2026, in classes 9 and 42 of the Nice International Classification. Any reproduction, imitation or use of the Softoryx trademark, in whole or in part, without prior express authorization from Vitaly Skorokhodoff, is prohibited and would constitute infringement under articles L. 713-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

All elements of the AuditCopy website and service (structure, texts, algorithms, interfaces, source code, graphics, logos, icons) are the exclusive property of Vitaly Skorokhodoff — Softoryx, or are subject to usage rights granted to Softoryx, and are protected by copyright and database rights.
